DC School of management and Technology is hosting the 60th Annual Convention of the National Association of Students of Architecture, India (The Annual NASA Convention) at Vagamon, (home of great Architect Laurie Baker) from 29th January to 2nd February 2018. Annual NASA Convention is the largest student gathering of the students of architecture in South Asia.
The ANNUAL NASA CONVENTION is the most awaited and the largest of its kind in both Student and Architecture fraternity. Attended by 3000 plus students, the convention boasts of its strong academic holding as well. The 60th annual convention is being hosted by DC School of Architecture and Design at Vagamon, Kerala. The event comes back to Kerala after a long gap of 33 years. There will be 30 academic workshops, 100 plus talks and various related competitions happening during the course of the convention. Apart from the students, the convention will be attended by Architects from around the country. There will be around 100 faculty, 60 Architect Jurors and more than 200 architects visiting the campus during the event. The event starts on 29th of January and comes to an end on 2nd of February 2018.The theme of the event is ‘Reflection’. The theme logo is attached herewith for your information. The convention will be attended by 500 Faculty and 3000 students from the field of architecture from across the country. Renowned architects of international and national repute are expected to attend the Annual Convention, besides other dignitaries.
The event looks back to the journey of architect’s transformation, re-evolution and parallel projections where it revamps the face of an architectural arena and strengthens the core of the association.
