A training session on Hatha yoga for the DCSMAT students will be facilitated by the Isha foundation on 21st June at DCSMAT Vagamon Campus. Hatha Yoga stems from a deep understanding of the mechanics of the body, and uses yogic postures, or yogasanas, to enable the system to sustain higher dimensions of energy.
